I’m Mike Marshall, Founder and CEO of The Pono Group. A serial entrepreneur with a background in startups, marketing, and automation, I launched a successful call center and retail operation in 2006, becoming the largest national reseller for major home service providers. After selling that company in 2011, I moved to Maui in 2016 and began my real estate career, closing over $10M in my first year and securing a $25M development project in my second. Since 2018, I’ve expanded my real estate team across Hawaii and into Oregon.
Beyond real estate, I own Pacific Shoots, a media and marketing agency, and Blast, a media management software company. I'm a husband, father, pilot, golfer, and adventurer. We homeschool our kids and love traveling as a family.
